Returns

We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy after you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The bracelet should not have any signs of wear, damage, or modification.

  • The original packaging must be included.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order details.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged product, defective item, or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

  • Products that show signs of wear.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Products altered or modified after delivery.

Exchanges

If you receive a wrong size or product issue, contact us. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Refunds

For approved returns, refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided through an agreed method after approval.
